How do we care better for ourselves and each other?
How are we spending our time?
Who and What do we give our attention to?
What brings you joy?

Our journey is an exploration into what brings us joy, how do we appreciate moments of awe and cultivate curiosity; how can we be more intentional with how we use our tools and spend our time? These questions are becoming more essential in this moment of escape and distraction and the designed ‘attention economy’.
How do we make sense of a culture that is running at an unsustainable pace in the pursuit to devour ever-more. This trip and project will explore the deep, knotted questions about how to be human in this moment.
Then, throughout our journey around the Northeast we will stop and connect with thought leaders, community organizations and people with lived experience in order to expand our understanding of the many ways we are all subject to this desire -manufactured and real – to escape and be distracted. Ultimately, we’ll wonder about the collective and personal cost because of this perpetual cascade.
We will be collaboratively creating media that will be used to facilitate conversation about this moment we are all sharing, and be in service to generating support for a Youth Peer Support Network that is happening in VT.
Cost: $1800, scholarships available based on financial need – PLEASE do not hesitate to reach out because of cost, we make it work!!
